Procedures for online rentals and payments
After clicking the agreement link,
at the bottom of this page, you will be taken to our payments page.
Prices
are shown on payments page, before payment is submitted.
For existing
rentals
On the payments page, simply fill in all of the fields and
submit.
For new
rentals,
Leave the unit number field blank.
A $50 reservation deposit is
required.
After submitting your reservation deposit, you are required to call
to set up a meeting (meet within 3 days) to sign your hard copy agreement, pay any remaining monies
due, and receive your unit's key.
A unit number will be assigned, at your
meeting.
Your reservation deposit will be applied to your first bill, at your
meeting.
If
you fail to meet within 3 days, your reservation deposit is forfeited and your
reservation will be void.
(The reservation deposit
and 3 day meet requirement are due to the number of people turned away, then a
reservation is cancelled, resulting in loss of revenue.)
